VALUATION: At this point we give our opinion of value in line with current market conditions followed up with a written opinion of value which will be emailed and posted. As regards structural matters, local searches, deeds or the lease details we will be guided by you as such and ask you to complete a simple Property Information Form.

PROPERTY DETAILS: If instructed we prepare full property details which include professional photography, floorplans, an EPC (an Energy Performance Certificate for your property is required by law prior to commencement of marketing and we can arrange this for you), a written description of the property and an area map. Once prepared we ask you to check and approve the particulars of sale and confirm their accuracy. We can then go live on the website and property portals.

ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS: All agents need to comply with legislation regarding Anti Money Laundering Regulation and we would ask you to supply Photographic identification and proof of ownership.
